Terms of use

PolyVenta is a private platform. There is no public catalogue and no self-registration. Accounts are created by the operator for companies it has a trading relationship with, and may be suspended or withdrawn.

Accounts are personal. Keep your password confidential, do not share your account, and tell us at once if you believe someone else has used it. Everything done under your account is treated as done by you.

Listings describe material held in the operator's warehouses. Availability, technical parameters and prices are shown in good faith but are not an offer in the legal sense. Prices shown to your company are confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties.

Submitting a purchase request reserves the requested tonnage for a limited period; it does not conclude a sale. A contract of sale arises when the operator issues an order confirmation and you accept it. Delivery, payment and liability follow the commercial agreement between the parties.

Do not attempt to gain access to data belonging to other companies, do not scrape or bulk-extract data, and do not interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

We aim to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates and faults may interrupt access.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability for use of the software is limited to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may amend these terms. Material changes will be notified to account holders, and continued use after the change means acceptance.
